Netfraction Hub is a piece of server software compatible with the ADC/1.0 protocol (see Protocol Support). ADC networks enable peer-to-peer filesharing and chat functionality (see the ADC wiki). Whilst large public hubs exist, it is particularly useful on small private networks of up to a few hundred users. The most popular client software is DC++.

Netfraction Hub runs on the Microsoft .Net Framework v4.0 for Windows machines, or Mono v2.2 for Linux and Mac OS X. The source code is written in C# and made available under the GPLv2 open source licence.
